I was born in Alta Badia / Italy in 1992 and put on skis shortly after. Since then I wake up early to go skiing, I search for the best snow to go skiing, I travel the world to go skiing, I meet the most amazing people when I go skiing, and when I go to bed, I usually dream about skiing. (Exchange „skiing“ with „surfing“ for two months a year.) I love the variety this sport has to offer - whether it’s charging down steep big mountain faces like the Bec des Rosses in Verbier, skiing powdery tree runs in Japan, or cruising spring slush and hitting jumps in the park. Skiing is the perfect excuse to travel and explore our beautiful planet which resulted not only in great friendships but also in the ability to speak six languages fluently: Ladin, Italian, German, English, Spanish, French.
After quitting my career in alpine skiing and taking a detour via freestyle I suddenly found myself competing at the Freeride World Tour for the first time in 2016. Things turned out quite well and after being crowned European Skier of the year in 2018, I won the third consecutive overall World Title in 2020. Asked for the secret of my success my answer is pretty simple: Loving life means succeeding in life.
Loving life means succeeding in life.
